My pooch has been a regular here until very recently. I called to warn the team about the changes in my dog since they last saw him - he is 14 and a half and since his last cut last summer, he has developed blindness and arthritis. I warned her and hoped that they would be able to handle such a case and they were willing. Upon picking him up, he was distressed. His nails were not clipped, his face had been left untrimmed and he had cuts all over his neck. I was charged $100. Will not be returning. My first online complaint but I felt obliged to warn other elderly dog owners that they cannot handle such cases and to go elsewhere
