Rang to order a new filter controller valve. Salesperson (Alan) asked what the issue was. When I explained the problem he suggested I check the seals to the pump and advised a simple way of checking this. Did as he said and found that an 'o' ring was at fault. Replaced the 'o' ring and saved $400+. Thanks for the great advice and service.
