Rosa served me, measured me, sorted out some boots. First set fitted perfect, Rosa checked for fit, " ah, anyway we'll try this 1/2 size smaller because they tend to settle a bit and end up a better fit and more comfortable" Rosa was right. Genuinely good service, I bought a second pair! I'm wearing them now, they fit perfect and look great. Thanks Andrew
