I'm delighted that Tooth Heaven is in my health team, caring for my teeth and wellbeing in so many ways:
1. Coming from an older generation where dental hygiene was optional in my youth, I've had excellent advice regarding conservation of the dentition I do have
2. That advice has come in an honest, caring and clear communication, including costs and pros and cons of each choice. Ultimately, it's been my choice, which I've appreciated.
3. The competence & confidence of all the dentists I've met, most recently Dr Akram, has been outstanding. This has allowed me to relax into whatever procedure is next - a rarity at dental visits in the past!
4. The range of services is impressive, and include items I wouldn't normally associate with dentistry. Recently my wife & I had sleep apnea splints made and these have made a significant difference to our snoring & therefore daytime energy.
5. Their offer of Membership is fantastic. I did the sums on comparing our previous Extras cover cost with TH Membership, comparing return on investment - Tooth Heaven was way in front.
6. They make good use of technology, which is impressive
7. Their aftercare is exceptional. I recently had a tooth removed and received text message questionnaires the following day and 2 days later checking in on me. Whilst all was well, I had the option to phone in for advice if needed.
8. The teamwork is impressive. The Hygienists consult with Dentists at the time if there's any concerns they have, which again generates confidence. The Receptionists work closely with the Dentists to optimise appointment usage.
9. All this is occurring in an atmosphere of professional care - from the front desk to the dental chair and back again.

This is an extraordinary practice, and even though we live 45 mins drive away, my wife and I are happy to travel to receive such exceptional care.
