If you need any advice on plumbing or hardwares, the guys are just marvellous. Have never been happier. The Manager, Paul was most helpful and went the extra mile to get me what I needed and at a very fair price. Paul makes customer service and satisfaction his prioity. Never been happier. Got Jason from Valiant to spruce up the garden surrounding. Arrived on time and did as instructed. He was very obliging and cleaned up the whole place to full satisfaction. Very honest and offered to do more. His charges are reasonable that I am thinking of engaging him permanently. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Rang George to give me a quote for tiles. He went out of his way to give me great advice. When he heard of my misfortune with a dishonest builder, he did all he could to give me the best discount possible. (Was really touched by his kind gesture.) Even offered to accompany me to purchase bathroom wares at another business for a whopping 50% discount. You do not hear of such things these days.
George is genuine in his dealings and I know I can count on him when the need arises. Well done George.
