Paul from Another World was amazing! The customer service was excellent and he answered every single (no matter how many I had haha!) question with complete politeness and patience. I was looking for an Italian TV package for my parents that was simple to set up and use and I came across Reelplay. Needless to say my parents are loving watching their Italian shows.
