Will never return due to beyond rude and appalling service from your staff member [redacted due to personal identifier]. My partner was ordering food whilst I stood away from the cafe with our puppy who came across another puppy (it is Mornington, after all, a dog friendly hub).

As dogs/puppies do, they were playing and barking at each other for about 10 seconds (of course I stopped their barking immediately). [redacted due to personal identifier] proceeded to comment to my partner about how she can't stand barking dogs, how people shouldn't let their dogs bark and that anyone who does is irresponsible, not realising that my partner was the owner.

She didn't even apologise for how rude she was. Sorry [redacted due to personal identifier], but you work in Mornington in an outdoor public area - there will be crying babies, kids, barking dogs and the sound of cars and maybe even more! As locals, Schnappers has been one of our favourite places but we won't be returning as we don't feel we're welcome to walk out dog anywhere near the area!
