Over the last four months that I have worked at Sydney Chiropractic Care and received spinal care from Dr Jeff, I have not only seen a positive impact on my spine, but myself personally. My posture has improved, neck pain and tension I have felt for years is gone, and my back muscles are feeling much stronger. I have a greater awareness of what is happening in my body and greater confidence in myself. It's been wonderful to work with a team who truly do care about the health, well-being and life of everyone who walks through their doors and to experience that for myself as well. Thank you! Update: I have really enjoyed working with both Dr Jeff and Dr Des for over a year now, and more recently both have treated and advised me throughout my pregnancy. Their care has been essential in maintaining good posture and preventing strains and injuries as my pregnancy progresses, which has kept me feeling good and assured that I am looking after my body when it most needs it. Wonderful to work with and wonderful at taking care of their patients.
