Called Greg for a blocked sewer. He arrived on time. Quickly cleared the blockage, and stuck to the agreed price. I also asked him, while he was here, if could he replace two tap handles, (I had the replacements). He said "no problem", and didn't charge me, as I made him a coffee. Nice bloke! Highly recommend Yarraville plumbing.

I ordered a made to measure table from Love Furniture with a requirement for delivery in 4 weeks. I agreed to 6 weeks if necessary. It took nearly 11 weeks with no apology, no care and no concern. I was consistently polite when I rang every week after the 6th week only to be met with abrupt rudeness and never an apology. The table was always going to be delivered the following week, which meant the table had been made and was ready for delivery. It clearly was not ready and the dishonesty was evident. When the table finally arrived, it was the wrong table. Once again, no apology and with the height of rudeness. Whilst we did get our table eventually, it was not worth the rudeness, disregard for customers, abruptness and sheer dishonesty experienced. Hate Furniture might be a more appropriate name. There is no customer service, no honesty and no value. I would not recommend buying furniture from Love Furniture.
