We knew our move was going to be a difficult one because we were coming 3 stories down without lift access. Even though it wasn't a large move their was big pieces that had to come down. Out of the 4 companies we contacted Red Carpet Removals and they were the only ones who would come out and quote the job, all the companies we called were charging unreasonable hourly rates because the reckoned our St Kilda and Brunswick properties had difficult access and entry. Red Carpet Removals did the job and they were nothing but excellent. They did not complain about a single thing in and out in no time. Their original quote was 6-7 hours but it took them 5.5 hours but I was so impressed with these young gentlemen, we still payed them for the 7 hours. I personally rang to thank the company on the 9/4/2014 and we highly praised the gentlemen they sent us. Having review companies like WOMO is such a great idea.
