Very impressed by the response I had from the Luggage Direct Manager, with regard to an item bought "in-store" and which I
needed to exchange. As an out-of-town customer it was suggested I order the new item on-line which would expedite delivery, and I was assured I could return the original at my convenience, without any time constraints. My new luggage promptly arrived so I was able to use it for an upcoming journey overseas, where it was "tried and tested" and held up beautifully. The 4 wheel option made for easy handling - so overall it was a very pleasing experience.
