I sincerely appreciate the time you spent explaining how I could improve my muscles and joints and providing me with simple exercises to achieve a pain free life. My shoulder has never had so much movement!
I greatly appreciate the session that you had with my teenage daughter and her ankle issues. Since her two sessions with you she has not complained of ankle pain and is truly enjoying dancing on pointe.
Again, thank you so much for your expertise in being able to take away my pain that had been there for so many years. Your advice is very helpful and knowing that you are happy to answer questions and explain in a language I can comprehend is refreshing.
