Dear Scott and Phillip

We would like to let you both know how much we appreciated all of the kindness, support and respect that you (and your staff) offered to us, and Karen, in the preparations to the leadup, commemoration and celebration of our sister, Karens', life on Thursday 21 April 2022.

The last few weeks have been a very challenging time for our family however, your professionalism, genuine kindness and dedication to the work that you do made a very difficult time, in our lives, much lighter.

We were very happy and impressed with Karen's service. The flowers, memorial cards, photo/video tribute and presentation of the eulogy we prepared, were truly representative of our instructions to you.
