Emma and her staff have organised some amazing overseas trips for us over the years. Anything we came up with they were able to accommodate and plans went smoothly. Last year they spent many hours organising refunds for us and we are very grateful. This year Ruth(and David) organised our Queensland holiday. Once again they were able to help us with changes to booking, flights etc. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We have also appreciated the phone calls to thanks us for our patronage.
