Litza Pavlou, principal of Windsor Legal represented me in my claim to the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.
In 2011 I was the victim of a brutal assault. The case dragged on and the VOCAT tribunal offered me a very small compensation settlement in accordance with the rules of the tribunal. Ms Pavlou thoroughly looked into my real expenses and proposed that my compensation be increased four fold. After much tooing & froing by VOCAT Ms Pavlou represented me at the final hearing. Her amended claim of compensation was accepted by the tribunal and I received compensation commensurate with the pain and suffering I had experienced. Her assistance has also helped me in the healing process – I felt respected & valued again.
