Good service. You get picked up off the airport to a 30 mins drive to their office at Mermaid Bay. Car in good clean condition. Admin was swift, in less than 10 mins we were driving away. First time in Gold Coast, we used the GPS and it was very user friendly. For the price, it was very well worthed it. No hidden fees as it claims on website. Definitely would use the service again next time & fully recommended to anyone.
