I had items to be moved interstate from Syd to Melb last nov I was missing 1 box and asked Deol to find as it had some sentimental items in it that my mother sent to me.Deol to their credit tried to find but could not. Then out of the blue they contacted me this week to say they had found it. I am very grateful for them contacting me and having these item returned. I know things can go wrong some times but its all about having a business that treats the customers as # 1 priority and staying true to their commitments.
