I am writing this review mainly for customer service! We got the robes done from image robes in the past as well but looks like the customer service from the girls on the phone has dropped significantly!
I called as i had some issues with the robes, instead of listening to my problem the girl kept on asking me to pay or the late fees will incur.
I have been working in Customer Service for almost 15 years and active listening is the first skill for agents on the phones. Secondly showing empathy, which was almost not there and the girl was indeed rude.
Also when we call or we receive calls from image robes, we would appreciate if they say their name instead of saying Image robes only and no mention of the name. This helps the customer to refer when they call next time so the customer doesn’t need to explain the whole story.
Hope this will be addressed and Image Robes can improve their customer service on the phones
