Have been going to this bakery for many years. Its so lovely ,and not only are the pies , cakes , sausage rolls all great , but also you have a choice of beautiful freshly made sandwiches & rolls too . Yesterday my son & I met his grandparents there for lunch and are sad to say, had our first bad experience . We were served by an awful woman whose attitude has put us off ever returning . She was so rude & abrupt our order was straightforward however , she made us feel like we were asking the world . Our rolls were thrown together , one having hardly any filling on it at all , no smile , no thankyou , just miserable . We ended up experiencing her sub standard customer service 3 times in the hour we were there , as we ended up also buying fresh breads , cakes etc to take to Sydney to family.... there were so many other lovely ladies working , we were just unlucky .
