Jason.... from the moment i first contacted you to the moment we laid our beloved to rest your manner your guidance your knowledge and especially your understanding was something no one will ever truly appreciate the way we do.... Losing a loved one whether expected or sudden is never easy and to add repatriation to the mix can be so frightening... but not once did we frett or worry as you communicated with us every step of the way. You made my unty feel comfortable in knowing she would be cared for with the utmost respect and cultural understanding..... We had a long trip home taking 24 hrs of travel (3.5 hr flight, 10 hr drive, several exchanges from airports to undertakers etc) to get her home from brisbane airport to hicks bay nz. Your work was indeniably done with perfection as she looked just as stunning when we got her to the marae as she did the first day we viewed her. Your all inclusive packages made it steess free for our whanau so we didnt end up with hidden costs... the whanau room... and also including the undertakers fees in Nz for us to ensure our loved one was in a good state after the flight.
