Previously, I would struggle with speaking in front of groups. I purchased the self-hypnosis course for public speaking confidence and had access to it straight away. I found the intro videos to each unit very helpful and easy to understand. After listening to the first few hypnotic audio downloads, I felt calmer getting up to talk during work meetings and noticing I was more confident when talking to people I didn’t know.

And then next time I got up to present I was even better at it. I wasn’t as nervous, since then I’ve been listening to the hypnotic audio recordings each night. After completing the course, I now feel comfortable presenting and speaking in front of an audience. I’m not as anxious anymore in the lead up to a meeting or when I have to present. Great value for money.
