I took my 4 year old boy for a hair cut in Just Cuts parramatta. The lady in teh reception is friendly but It’s an unfriendly Indian guy who is their dedicated staff for kids hair cut. I showed him a photo of a hairstyle I wanted for my boy and the stylist said he would do it. He started cutting so quickly that I thought he was very confident and he knew what he was doing. Within 5 minutes he was done and what I saw was a normal(plain) haircut that any barber can do. It was not even closer to what I showed him in the picture.I told the barber that this is not what i expected and he replied very bluntly saying the hairstyle i wanted would not suit the boy because of his skin tone. He could have told this as soon as I showed him the photo rather than giving me a blunt answer after ruining it. Very disappointed. Never going back again to Just Cuts again.
