I just had my home serviced this morning by Pro Bond Cleaning. I was present at the property at 6am this morning to let 5 workers in. I returned to the property once the work was completed at 11.45am only to find that not only was the cleaning incomplete, but they had also damaged our kitchen bench around the sink so severely that the sealant coating on the bench had been removed and the bare wood underneath stained to black.

One worker i have spoken to has then lied about the damage, saying it was already there prior to the clean. However admitted fault by saying that a member of their team tried to call me about the damage, but did not once leave a message, which is untrue seeing as they had rang and left a message about an unrelated topic at 8.36am (regarding an extra expense to clean the sunroom - extension of a living room) and did not once mention the damage to the bench around the sink. I also received a text message from Andrew C regarding the added sunroom expense, but no mention of the bench.

I was very honest with the cleaners on arrival in the morning, both of us acknowledging marks in the first bedroom carpet, and a 'fragile' sticker mark on the laminate side of the kitchen which i told them not to worry about and that i would deal with myself. If this damage around the sink was there before the clean i would have expected they would have mentioned that too, and as would i.

They have left my property in such a poor state. With walls and trims still covered in marks and fingerprints that were their prior (i took videos showing that the marks could be rubbed with a finger to be removed), also cobwebs on the ceiling joins and our blinds had not even been touched whatsoever.

I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. They will not only do a poor clean, but they will damage your property significantly and not take ownership for it afterward. They are dishonest with poor communication, not to mention overpriced for a quick 'in and out' job with many people working at a time. Stick with your loyal bond cleaners - do not fall for the 'Bond Back Guarantee'. You will be left to fix the damage caused by these people!
