I have a wedding coming up and needed to tone up, and just using the machines at the local 24 hour made me feel I guess strong but the flab was still there. So I got a voucher for a electrotherapy sessions at New Vitality, concentrating on torso and it worked. Much better toning, not quite a magazine standard 6 pack but an actual muscle tone.

I started salsa to get my confidence up. The class is just the right size - not to small to feel self-conscious and not too big to get lost. After 1 beginners 1 term and 1 beginners 2, I am feeling like I can actually dance!!

Moved my Nan from Manly to Avalon last weekend. They did a great job, even called in a few days before and sized everything up. Service was efficient but human - they were like friends helping move you - they made a sad day better.
