Regina is simply wonderful. My husband Matt and I shared a really lovely and empowering weekend together in Berry at Regina's CalmBirth course. The environment was warm and welcoming and we felt so supported by Regina and the other couples! Preparation-wise, I got a better understanding of the practical side of birthing and now feel emotionally prepared for birth/labour-- and I'm actually very excited about the upcoming experience of it all!
