Had really great service from management team of company that was bought by Sovereign. Service completely plummeted after that.

Tenants left property in disgusting mess and thousands of dollars in damage due to poor management of property from all inspections being contracted out.

If homeowners and investors are serious about protection of their property and finances then I recommend look elsewhere.
