No jargon, no fluff just plain English and without unnecessary complication. AND he will make himself available should you need to ask anything further of him. He will even stay back at the end of his day to do just that.
He should give lessons on how to treat patients because so many specialist dentists don’t seem to value communication skills - once they attain ‘specialist’ level.
Dr Verdickt’s manner and expertise are both exceptional. It’s no wonder his staff are also very much ‘patient centred’ and caring.
