Bought the Thermo shower in April 2016 and it did work fine for nearly 3 years. Slowly it stated to fail, ending uo only getting us a cold shower. Replaced the tap with one bought on ebay for $ 65.00 which does work fine, so it shows that our hot water system is OK.
I emailed the supplier (Cherin on line ) and Quoss for advise but they did not have the courtesy to reply. As the unit did cost $ 563.00 and does carry a warranty of 5 years I did expect some service but to no avail. It looks that I now have to lodge a complaint with the department of fair trading to get a refund. Shame on them !!
