Had our gas hot water service repaired, very impressed with the speedy service. Had to wait a couple of days for an obscure replacement part to arive from Perth which was advised upfront, but someone came right around a couple of days later as soon as they had the part. Tradie was very polite, shut the gate behind him so kids didn't run out on road, didn't leave rubbish behind (sadly Ive found a lot of tradies fail here!) & we have hot water again! Very happy

They stock only good quality brand name & designer 2nd hand baby/kids clothes, I do find the prices a little steep at times considering the goods are secondhand and in some cases several seasons old, and I have on several ocassions bought similar items by the same brands cheaper brand new at Myer. The toys are hit & miss - usually good quality by Little Tikes/Fisher Price etc, but once again often not much cheaper than brand new. (On my most recent visit I saw a 2nd hand Little Tikes Cozy Coupe with an asking price more than I paid for mine brand new at Target). There's also usually a small selection of prams, I wasn't terribly impressed with their prices, they seem a little out of touch with what online stores charge brand new, for instance I looked at a double mountain buggy urban that looked clean yet quite old and faded, logo, design etc quite clearly not a recent model and yet they were asking almost as much as a brand new one advertised on several online baby stores.

Had a gas heater installed, was really impressed with the service, Travis provided us with heaps of info on the different types of heaters available. Quick & friendly, really impressed with the quality of work & how helpful he was. (And even patient & friendly to my lovely toddlers trying to "help" LOL)

I have been here once, they do all types of waxing including xxx (incidently they are also one of the few waxing salons in Geelong that do xxx waxing for men too). The lady was very nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible even though I was quite nervous. Was a little more expensive than I would usually pay but they were very good, the building was nice and modern and clean too.

Dr Burnett has been my family dentist for many years now, he and his staff are friendly, professional & I find his prices are very reasonable. The artworks around the building make for an interesting diversion. All in all he is a fantastic dentist, the only downside I've experienced is that I needed to be referred to the hospital to have a large x ray taken for my wisdom teeth as he only has the smaller x-ray machine.

Took part in a promotion recently to have my sons photographed, I am very impressed with the quality of the work and wish that he hadn't have been booked out back when I was looking for a wedding photographer! He certainly is not the cheapest in town compared to other photographers I've used, but his work is much better than any other photographer I've used in Geelong. You get what you pay for I think. In my opinion he's definately one of the best photographers around, and he and his assistant were very friendly and have a great manner with kids.

These guys installed a new hot water service for us very quickly and also offered us some great, friendly advice re whether to go solar or gas, different types etc. Seemed to know what they were talking about and they did a fantastic quality job that we are very happy with.

Have been in this shop twice to look for some things, I will never go back. Staff ignored me even though they were not overly busy. Once was after an additional car seat for Nannas car, was left to look around myself without being offered help. Once was after a wheeled board for my Bugaboo pram, I was left to walk around the pram display on my own for about 10 minutes with no offers of help. I also phoned several times and they were also not helpful, could not tell me when they were likely to get a shipment or the cost. I was also told Bugaboo only ships once a year (Phoned around other stores out of town who were able to provide me with estimated dates and prices and laughed at the suggestion the wheeled boards only come in once a year). One positive is that they do stock high quality brands. They are not the biggest baby shop in town but they still have a lot of products and less of the cheaper rubbish you can find elsewhere.
