Taraz came within 2 hours of my initial phone call, he suggested a possible cause for my fridge not working on the phone. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and the cost was minimal compared to buying a new fridge. I would definitely call him again should anything go wrong. Can't recommend him highly enough, pleasant, friendly, open and transparent in what he was doing, and he didn't mind me watching him work, as I was curious about how it worked.

If I ask for a particular item they will take me to the shelf on which it is, or if they are the only staff member, they will point me to it with clear directions. They stock some things which you cannot get in Woolworths, such as prawn crackers, and their pricing is relatively competitive considering that they are a small chain.
