I purchased a bracelet December 2015 and sent it back 4th May 2016 with original Warranty slip & $5 return p/h as required and still nothing, no reply email, phone call. I have left an email & phone message each month and to both numbers on the website and nothing returned or replied. So not only is it [Redacted due to offensive language] about "FREE UNCONDITIONAL REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE" you also ask for the orginial Warranty but $5.00 also. HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU DO THIS TOO??????
