Both Nick and Matthew were tremendous support to me all the way to the end. They always kept me well informed about the process, represented my interests with highest integrity and professionalism. I got what exactly I was told I was going to get, at exactly the price that I was quoted for. I might have not got the result I hoped for, but probably because I wasn't being realistic.
