I can not recommend Dr Brian Charters who works at this centre.

Dr Charters has sent me for two completely unnecessary test referrals, one of which cost me $400 out of pocket.

The first referral was for an invasive test, which was questioned by the specialists. In their opinion the test wasn't appropriate for my symptoms. Thankfully the specialists managed to convince Dr Charters to change to a more appropriate and less invasive test.

The second referral for something totally unrelated, was also questioned by the specialists, who advised that I did not need the test. Dr Charters then decided he knew better than the experts, and that I needed the test anyway. He submitted a form to have my driver's licence suspended if I did not undergo the test. It cost me $400 to undergo the test, and the results confirmed that it had been unnecessary.

The most expensive plumbers we have ever used. Charged $451.00 for less than 1 hour's work. We accepted the quote because we had no time to shop around for other prices, but we would never use them again and we would never recommend them to anyone. It appears they set their charges based on the size of the house and the suburb you live in. When we reviewed on productreview.com.au https://www.productreview.com.au/p/jetset-plumbing.html?sort=newest their response says it all. Basically "You accepted the quote and we got away with it." But never again. $451.00 to replace a $20.00 part and remove some plumbers tape from two shower heads. 50 minutes later and the plumber was on the way to his next job congratulating himself on the latest rip off.
