I recently used a voucher I was given as a gift to indulge in a one hour facial with hand and foot massage. What a wonderful treat it was. Don't be put off by the appearance of the exterior of the business. It is a railway building and is surrounded by security fencing and looks rather "dodgy". Keep on going and once you are inside you are totally transported into a beautifully designed salon. You are given time to relax before your treatment and then asked to fill in a profile so the therapist can know more about your usual regime. The therapy room itself is beautifully decorated and very restful. The massage table is softly padded and, as it was a cold day, had plenty of luxuriously soft coverings. The treatment itself was great:- the therapist was obviously well trained.I felt utterly spoilt. After the treatment I received Tea and a chocolate which was a lovely touch. The only thing that very slightly dented the whole thing is the rather obvious upselling of products at the end but Hey which salon doesn't do that and you can always say no. The product that I was recommended and bought was great so I am splitting hairs here. I will definitely be back

I recently dined in at Wok N Roll. Don't be put off by the lack of ambiance in the dining area. It is a very basic set up and you need to come dressed for cold in winter. However the food is delicious and the portions are substantial. The service was prompt and attentive. The waitress was concerned that we hadn't enjoyed one of the dishes as we had only eaten a little. We explained that we had not expected to get such good portion sizes and were full. She was happy to pack our uneaten food for us to take away. I would recommend this restaurant for a filling and tasty meal but it definitely not a place to take someone on a date. ( Cold with shabby decor)
