I took my teenagers here and we managed to find some reasonable clothes. We spent up big as we only shop twice a year. We were made aware that there was a personal shopping service available with no obligation. The next day I phoned to make an appointment. A young man answered..."no problem we have appointments all day, we are not busy at all". During the conversation about what we wanted to cover, I mentioned that as we had spent a lot of money the previous day I was unlikely to spend much today during the appointment. Young man "went to check with the girls" I could hear whispering in the background. When he came back to the phone "I'm sorry one of the girls has gone off sick there are absolutely no appointments today"Draw your own conclusions.

This is not for the budget conscious, but if you want a spectacular meal and attentive service you have found the right place. I have attended a Melbourne cup function here, not only was it great fun, but the food was exceptional. There is a special deal on this day that is much more affordable than the usual prices.

This is my favorite cafe in Wollongong. It is right on the beach and I often sit there in a "glad to be alive" haze. It can get very busy but it is worth queuing for. Coffee is excellent, service very friendly and menu often changes with the seasons. I have never had a bad meal here and I have had some outstanding breakfasts. If you are on a budget you would have to chose from the menu carefully as it is a little more expensive than average, but is well worth it. A great thing is the outside dining is always usable as they have various heaters and weather proof screens to ensure you will be comfortable. The inside area can get noisy but in summer the windows are open and you can have your coffee/brekky in complete comfort 5 metres from the beach and watch the world go by. No matter how busy they are I have never been given "hurry up" signals. If you have or are a visitor to Wollongong this is a must do

I am a long term customer of this business. Trish is a very skilled hairdresser who will do what YOU want. She will advise you against it if she knows that your idea is not going to be the best for you and will point out difficulties you may encounter if you go ahead, however if you are sure, then your hair will be styled and groomed as you wish. When you don't have your own ideas Trish is able to provide good suggestions. She is very attentive. The salon is not glitzy but is smart and clean. The appointments run on absolutely on time. If there were 10 stars for value Hair by Trish would get 10 stars. If you are looking for a funky salon with grand decor and trendy atmosphere this salon will not suit you. If you want your hair styled, coloured and cut well then this is the place. You have to book well ahead

I have recently had some items in for repair at simons. The jeweller very specifically advised me what needed doing and quoted a good price. When I received the items back they looked like they were brand new and had been cleaned for free. The service was prompt and very businesslike. Several of my friends use simons and all are happy

Went here with a voucher from living social and had 2 BIG breakfasts. Service was very friendly and attentive, portions were large. We were not rushed even through the restaurant was filling for lunch. I will definitly be back

I recently took some jewellery here for insurance valuation. Wayne could not have been more helpful and communicative. The price was a little cheaper than other quotes I had had. I was very pleased. I noticed whilst I was in the shop that there was some unusual jewellery for sale. I think it would be a good place to shop if you were seeking something a little different

I was treated here for long term bad back. Sue was very experienced and really made a lot of difference in a relatively short time. The appointments run on time and the admin is very effecient. Highly recommended

I recently went for breakfast at this cafe. Terrific view from the outdoor area. Finding a table was rather problematic as there were large groups coming and going and our small group was moved a couple of times to fit everyone in. I had a butterscotch pancake stack...It was OK the pancakes were a bit rubbery...cooked earlier and reheated perhaps. My friends enjoyed their breakfastThe coffees for our table were forgotten, so we ended up having coffee after breakfast. The staff are very friendly, location great, and prices not too bad. Shame the staff are so over stretched at peak times. I would go back

I have had both of my kids straightened by Dr Ho. My older childs treatment is complete and the results are spectacular. His teeth were everywhere. My younger child is mid treatment and has very challenging teeth and so far the job they have done is great. The appointments run on time. The staff are friendly especially the assistants . This is a very efficient business.
