1st time investor
Approximately 2 years ago I engaged John from Hunterwood solutions to be my buyer's agent I can't thank him and his team enough for their expert guidance throughout the whole process from sourcing the property right through to the sale, using Johns data driven programs we were able to source a property in Kepnock Qld for 420k 22 months later I sold for 580k,
I now have the funds to go again perhaps able to buy 2 properties this time, I'm looking fwd to going again and seeing what we can come up with this time
