Brendan possesses that unique quality of being able to simultaneously put his clients at ease and operate with efficiency and precision. At no time did we feel our time was being wasted, and he responded to our many questions and comments in a collaborative spirit; we always felt he was working not for us (or despite us), but alongside us. And to top it all off, Brendan gave us poor stranded non-Sydneyites a lift to our next location when we were done!
