After obtaining all certificates to lodge (building,plumbing,pest etc) for certification of a dwelling,we were informed this business no longer certifies existing buildings.We dealt with [Retracted 4 names] and always received a different story from each and often they had no idea of what was going on .It was dragged on for a year to be told they couldn't do the job. Unorganised,unprofessional,no communication,how they have stayed in business is nothing short of a miracle.
I would strongly recommend NOT to use this shambles of a business
