I would not recommend this business at all. The ONLY competent member of their team was the admin person, everyone else, from the staff member in the showroom who displayed no imagination and very poor (read: inaccurate) note taking skills, which affected the end product, right up to management.Their all around bumbling hopelessness started the moment after signing up and paying the deposit and simply escalated from there. It ended with us having a $17k kitchen we hate! I have to shoulder at least some part of this blame as I failed to spot one of their very large errors (an unauthorised change) but they made trying to communicate with them you work towards an amicable solution extremely difficult. I cannot review this business low enough to satisfy my distaste. I have never been met with such arrogance and pretentiousness in a business setting before. If I could rate them as zero here I would.
