THE WORST experience! Ruined a pair of $525 trousers I received as part of my work uniform.
The first time I had them cleaned, I went through the instructions on the label with Parraween Laundry as they were a viscose/ wool mix and I wanted to be sure that they would be treated correctly.
Upon collection I realised the fabric had been ruined (limp and flimsy), they were too small to zip up around the hips and waist and were sitting on my ankles (just).
We have been back and forth, I was told they would take it up with the dry cleaners they subcontract to. Then I was told that they lengthened the leg and all was good.
Sadly, all is not good and I am so disappointed with the lack of responsiblilty or care taken by Parraween Laundry. I have been a regular customer of theirs for 3 years and they dismissed me as if I was trying to get a freebie.
Don't take your dry cleaning there if it's something you value! In fact, don't take your dry cleaning there full stop!
