It's a shame we can't leave zero stars!

Had nearly a week to bond clean my house. Due to my nan passing away and having to attend her funeral I was unable to check his work.
When my real estate went to do handover to the new owners they couldn't because the house hadn't been cleaned!
Took my $750 and done nothing.
The exit report had N next to everything. They couldn't put a Y next to anything as the whole house needed to be cleaned. I had to then pay $500 to the new owners to get a new cleaner in asap.
I have requested this money back from Australia Wide Bond Cleaning but it hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my messages.
He informed me AFTER he was booked and the money was paid that he had to also clean 54 units that same week. But kept reassuring me that my job would be done. And properly.
He kept calling me to tell me where he was up to in my job,
Either he cleaned with his eyes closed or just didn't clean at all!

As I've still had no response or refund, I will be contacting the ACCC on Monday and starting small claims court proceedings.

I'm a single mother rasing 4 special needs children and my 4 year old nephew alone.
I can't afford to be out all of this money. Unfortunately Australia Wide Bond Cleaning doesn't care though.
100% do not recommend this cleaner!
