There's a fantastically rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant, dark-haired elderly woman working there. She's been there for years, never smiles and pretends she's never met you. Andrew the pharmacist used to be full of good cheer but no longer, he seems to have been affected! Oh, and the prices are sky-high. Otherwise terrific.
