Where have the butchers gone - I have been a client for over six years and kept coming back for the personal service from Dave and his colleague. For the last months there is less choice, ever changing incompetent casual staff, and today the food handling ( hygiene) was laughable. You have lost your point of difference and reason to return. Bring back Dave & co before you loose you loyal local customers. Very disappointed.
