From our first meeting as I commenced private practice three and a half years ago, Matt impressed me with his ability to understand the issues that we faced setting up and running a new medical practice. More than 3 years on, not a single piece of hardware has become redundant but has been seamlessly integrated into our expanded business server that now supports the needs of 3 separate practices. Support has always been provided in an extremely timely manner, out of hours for non-critical issues so as not to disrupt clinics, and we have never been left without access to critical patient data.
