I was quoted promptly (unlike a competitor). This quote was rechecked promptly. The ventilation unit was installed within 10 days.. There was no surcharge for a Saturday installation. The installer turned up on time and cleaned up afterwards. The unit is quite and working as intended. What more can you want?
