Having passed this cafe a few times I decided to take my daughter for lunch. Situated on the corner it has seating on both sides of the entrance as well as cozy seating inside. The decor is warm and welcoming with subdued but not dingy lighting. From the name I was expecting an expensive health foodie place but was pleasantly surprised to find the menu catered for all tastes. I have been back a few times and tried different meals each time and they have been excellent each time. The pies are homemade and the salad fresh and seasonal. They make their own desserts as well.
Excellent value for money, the highest priced item on the menu is around $16 and the size of servings are huge. They also have a good selection for the kiddies, the milkshakes are really good.
The coffee, whether you prefer hot or iced, is delicious and they have a nice selection of teas as well. It is a family-friendly cafe offering something for everyone. The staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome.
