The carpet cleaning was of a good standard. Lee is a friendly guy but needs to better communicate pricing as he gave me an estimate of $160 to $180 with a 'worst case' of $200, then proceeded to charge $200. Promised he would laser measure carpet area and let me know area and price, did not do this.
