Michael always goes above and beyond, I've been going to him with all of my computer needs. He recently just fixed my laptop. He downloaded a few games for me that I normally play, cleaned everything and did a lot more than I could do. He's my go to when I need something done. And he's happy to answer any questions no matter how dumb they are to you.
