This commenced with the initial reporting of my issue and continued right through to the professional conduct of the plumber who attended my home.

This morning I received a phone call to confirm details and schedule the attendance of the plumber, which again considered my needs as paramount. But the icing on the cake was the call I received at 10.00 am to advise that the plumber was running late. Both myself and the friend I was with were happily amazed at such effective service.

The plumber who attended the call arrived within the time which was suggested, was friendly and presented us with our options including a recommendation. He was well presented and was communicative. When taking payment he went to great lengths to ensure that I was confident with the security of my credit card details.
