I ordered a new "in stock" Cerakote olympic barbell including delivery online from Catch Fitness on the 13 September 2021.

On the 19 September they sent an email notification with the heading "Are you ready for your new equipment?". All good and no red flags right?

On the 22 September I received an email with a tracking number from Aramex but their tracking number link didn't work. Red flag now!

It's now the 13 October and after sending 10 emails to Catch Fitness and lodging 5 formal delivery status enquiries with Aramex, I'm still no closer to receiving the supposedly "in stock" said barbell than I was a whole month ago.

Try calling them before you purchase anything and let their response help you decide whether or not to buy from them.

Should you proceed, ensure to use PayPal, so that an "item not received" case can be opened against them (which is exactly what I've done today).

FYI, during the past month I've also ordered some gym equipment from Sydney based Sam's Fitness, which was impressively delivered in just 2 days. Amazing!

Expect disappointment and to waste plenty of time and energy if you buy from this company.
